These balls stunk to high heaven. So much so my wife wouldn’t allow them in the house. Filed an email complaint with the company. Took more than a week to receive a response. They offered two dispositions 1) replace the order which I figured would be a waste of time due to cleaner smell. 2) receive a full refund HOWEVER I would have to pay the return shipping. This will be my last dealings with this company.
