The balls were fine, but the damaged container (inside the undamaged cardboard box) has negatively impacted my experience.

Packaging was poor. The cardboard box the bucket came in was too big and had no bubble wrap, etc. and therefore the plastic bucket jostled in transit and cracked down the side and spilled the golf balls. I was able to get a replacement empty bucket free of charge.

The selection of balls I ordered were not all 5A which is a real bummer. Some are not Nike which I was not happy about either. If you list 96 has 5A they should be. I have ordered 3 times prior and not had this issue. I have not heard from customer service for 2 weeks and counting.
