Very very poor quality. I bought 4 dozen in mint condition and more than 2 dozen had major refinishing, filing or gouge marks. Will never order from them again

Yes, I received a refund for one dozen, which I accepted to avoid the hassle of a return, but should have been refunded for 2 dozen since more more than 2 dozen were FAR from mint shape.
